2 to eliminate waste, 

3 to provide all the conditions to preserve the craftsmanship.

 

The ‘NEVER-DIE-POLICY’ means that: 

  • If your ordered garment becomes damaged /broken /worn out, FAYETTE /NORLING will take measures to repair /restore the damage. 
  • Depending on the time since purchase and the extent of the damage, FAYETTE /NORLING will evaluate if there are any cost implications for the undertaken measures.
  • Representative examples of damages that are within the financial coverage of FAYETTE /NORLING include, but are not limited to:
    – Damages considered unintentionally caused.
    – Damages occurring within 3 years from the order date.
    – Fabric damage due to falling or brushing against something sharp. Torn seam. Worn lining.

     

  • Illustrative cases of damages that is not falling under FAYETTE /NORLING’s financial coverage:
    – Damages considered intentionally caused.
    – Damage to the garment due to customer-initiated alterations, like changing the color of one sleeve. 

FAYETTE /NORLING will take the best possible action to restore your garment. This means that your garment will be restored to its original form to the extent possible, but if the damage is extensive, repairs will be carried out in a way that might show signs of the damage – which we regardless see as enriching the garment.
